Ordering a LIM online

Using this service

Before you start

What you can order

• The online LIM application can be used for any property within North Shore City's boundaries.

Cost

• Residential LIMs will cost $200 incl. GST per title.
• Commercial and complex LIMs are charged at actual and reasonable costs, which is in addition to the lodgement fee.

How you can pay

• Credit card payments over the internet will be accepted. Accepted credit card types are Visa and MasterCard only.

You will need to provide

• The address of the property you are requesting a LIM for.
• Advise whether the property has a pool or a spa
• Delivery details
• Credit card details

Instructions

• Read the Website Terms of Use, including the Online Service Payment Terms (see below). These terms apply to a LIM application transaction.
• Read about North Shore City's privacy and security policies here.
• You will be presented with a series of screens where you will find step by step instructions as you go through the application process.
• At the end of the process you will be asked to provide your credit card details for payment. You will be given a reference number after submitting the payment. Note down the details or print the screen for future reference because receipts are not available.
• Close the browser window when you are finished.
