Area Offices

Serving the community

North Shore City has six area offices – one in each community board area – offering a full range of council services. A first point of contact for inquiries, these offices provide non-technical advice and general information and direct customers, where necessary, to the appropriate department. They also provide cashiering facilities for the receipt of all council-related fees and charges.

The area offices are a contact point for the city’s six community boards and provide them with information, administrative support and professional advice.

You can contact any area office or customer service manager through Actionline on 486 8600.
