Capital works projects

Capital works are projects such as the construction of new community facilities, road works, upgrades to stormwater infrastructure and streetscape enhancements that require capital expenditure.

Funds have been allocated in the Council's City Plan (LTCCP) for capital works in town centres over the next ten years.

A works programme has been approved for the next two years. Further information will be added to this page in the near future.
