District Plan

Exclusions

The tables below list the parts of the District Plan which are still the subject of outstanding issues. Collectively, they are referred to as Schedule A: Schedule of outstanding matters.

All affected parts (text, tables, diagrams, appendices) including those specific land areas or sites (plan maps) are annotated to indicate that they are ‘not operative’. These parts of the plan remain in a proposed state until they have been resolved and this means that the relevant parts of the transitional District Plan are still applicable. The transitional District Plan is a combination of the District Schemes of our five former district and borough councils that amalgamated into North Shore City Council in 1989.
