North Shore City Council's District Plan has important information about the management of natural and built resources and the way land can be used or developed.
The District Plan is at all times subject to change. Please take care to check if the land, locality or rule you are concerned with is subject to any form of modification. Please note the most recent modifications set out below.

The most recent modifications to the District Plan are set out below, along with other notices. These modifications are not shown in the District Plan Text or Maps until operative.
Please see 'Modifications-current' for the full list of all current plan changes, notices of requirement and other modifications and 'Modifications-archived' for all modifications which have been completed and included in the District Plan in their final form.
