Parking near schools

North Shore City Council has a zero tolerance policy towards parking infringements near schools. This is aimed at keeping children safe and preventing chaos at the school gate.

If you park near a school to drop off or pick up your child, please help keep children safe by parking legally.

Under our school TravelWise programme, we are encouraging children to walk and cycle to school by supporting school travel plans and Walking School Buses.
