Environmental Services
Environmental Services handles all building, land use and subdivision consent applications, requests for property information and advice on development issues. Also provided are environmental protection services including food licensing and inspections, pool fencing, the monitoring of noise, air and water quality, dog control and liquor licensing.
Environmental Services is located at 521 Lake Road, Takapuna to offer customers centralised services. The approach helps to ensure we strike the right balance between development and protection of the city’s environment.
