Inspections
Building inspections are carried out at various stages of construction by the our building officers to ensure that building regulations are being met.
Inspections can usually be arranged for the next day following a request, however this is subject to availability of officers. Inspections are generally carried out between 8am and 4pm Monday to Saturday depending on which ward you are in. When making a booking, please quote your council approved building consent number.
