Public Notice - Reserves Act 1977
Proposal for Land Exchange: Rosedale Park, North Shore City
The North Shore City Council has received an application to exchange 1153m² of Rosedale Park, being Part Lot 5 DP 90026, for an equal area of land at 8 Paul Matthews Road immediately south-west of the Park, being Pt Lot 2 DP 171142. The areas of land that are proposed to be exchanged are as follows:
"Area 1": 1153m² of land at the northern tip of 8 Paul Matthews Road (Pt Lot 2 DP 171142);
to be exchanged for:
"Area 2" 1153m² of land forming a triangle on the eastern boundary of 8 Paul Matthews Road within Rosedale Park (North) and currently owned by North Shore City Council. See attached map under Related Documents
In accordance with Section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977 any person may object to the proposal.
