This is the 5th Edition of North Shore City Council's Asset Data Standards Manual.
The purpose of this standard is to define the North Shore City Council (NSCC) data requirements from developers, contractors, consultants and other interested parties when involved in the following categories of asset works:
- Creation of new assets (vested and Council owned assets)
- Improvements to Existing Assets
- Asset renewals (replacement & rehabilitation)
- Asset disposal (decommissioned and abandoned assets)
Assets covered by this manual comprise of:
- Park and Reserves
- Roading
- Transport & Roading
- Stormwater
- Water Supply
- Wastewater
There have been significant improvements and efficiencies to the standard detailed in the content of this manual. The ADSM data requirements make monitoring of asset inventories simple and provides an Improved Asset Management and more efficient processing.
