In the event that the Infrastructure & Environment Committee is not concluded on the day allocated, the meeting will reconvene at 9.30am the following day. However, should the meeting reconvene on either of the following dates, it will commence at 10am rather than 9.30am on 2 December.
In the event that the business of the Community Services & Parks Committee is not concluded on the day allocated, the meeting will reconvene at 10.30am the following day - except for those Fridays on which the Regional Sustainable Development Forum meets, in which cases the meeting will reconvene at 9.30am on the following Monday.
In the event that the business of the Strategy & Finance Committee is not concluded on the day allocated for the meeting, the meeting will reconvene at 9.30am the following day. However should the meeting reconvene on any of the following dates, it will commence at 10am rather than 9.30am on 22 July, 19 August, 16 September, 21 October, 18 November.
