In the event that the business of the Community Services & Parks Committee is not concluded on the day allocated for the meeting, the meeting will reconvene at 10.30am the following day - except for those Fridays on which the Regional Sustainable Development Forum meets, in which cases the meeting will reconvene at 9.30am on the following Monday.
In the event that the business of the Strategy & Finance Committee is not concluded on the day allocated for the meeting, the meeting will reconvene at 10am the following day, to allow for the fortnightly Briefing Meetings from 9am to 10am.
