Waiurutoa StreamWaiurutoa Stream Assessment

Summary of report findings

Waiurutoa Stream catchment contains a significant area of bush reserve which encompasses almost the entire stream course.  The catchment has been developed for predominantly low density residential use with areas of open space, high density residential and light industrial use.  Some increases in high density residential development are anticipated for the future.
