Vaughans StreamVaughans Stream Assessment

Summary of report findings

Vaughans Stream is one of the last remaining undeveloped catchments on the North Shore, with approximately 77% in rural use and 13% bush cover. Future development of the catchment is imminent and anticipated to consist of a mixture of residential, rural, open space and commercial land use. There is currently very little formal pipe infrastructure within the catchment and much of the watercourse retains remnant riparian vegetation.
