Project CARE - improving our environment
Project
CARE is North Shore City’s 20-year project working
to improve beach water quality by reducing wet weather wastewater
(sewage) overflows and improving stormwater quality.
In addition to the current Wastewater Network
Strategic Improvement Programme we are gathering information to
support our application for resource consents for the ongoing
operation of our wastewater and stormwater networks. This project,
part of Project CARE, is called the Kokopu Connection.
