BikeWise To Work Challenge

Bike Wise to Work runs for 12 weeks from 18 January to 9 April, and is aimed at people who are new to cycling or who don't currently cycle to work. By signing up to Bike Wise to Work, you’ll receive a series of weekly emails full of support, advice and tips to make cycling to work easy and help you take up a healthy new habit.

All you have to do to participate is register online and make the commitment to make at least 10 trips to or from work during the challenge - that's less than once a week!  Registration is now open, it couldn’t be easier, and there’s a chance to win some great prizes!  To monitor your progress with ease, you can log each trip you make through the Bike Wise to Work website, and for each trip logged you’ll be rewarded with an entry into the monthly prize draw for some great Avanti gear and movie vouchers.
