Swim, Health And Beauty Facilities

Registration and licencing of premises (health licences)

Swimming, health and beauty facilities are to comply with Part 16 of the North Shore City Bylaw. Premises that fall under this category include:

Bath houses
Beauty therapy clinics
Health and fitness centres
Massage clinics
Swimming pools
Spa pools, including those which are provided at hotels and motels.

The basic requirements required by these facilities can be accessed through the council bylaw.
