You can order information about any North Shore property using the 'Order A Property File' link accessed via the Do It Online panel on the right.
You will get the choice of viewing the files online, at our in-house kiosks, or you can order them on CD.
Please note the information that will be provided include the records the North Shore City Council hold on the property files and does not constitute a LIM (Land Information Memorandum).
If the property you are requesting is an empty piece of land, there may not be any information on the property file. To check prior to ordering, please contact the file co-ordinator via Actionline, phone (09) 486 8600 or email file.coordinator@northshorecity.govt.nz.
