The DC Assessment Team have completed the refund process where all information is known.
Refunds for Struck Off Companies will be made to the Secretary of Treasury. We are currently waiting on information from the Secretary of Treasury on the process you will need to follow to request your refund from them. We will update the website and send letters out to affected companies. We have a number of sites where we have no contact address information for the payee, these refunds are held in Councils unclaimed account.
