Our call centre, Actionline, operates around the clock - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is staffed by a team of skilled Customer Service Representatives who are linked by radio telephone to council staff and contractors. They can respond immediately to many problems including flooding of properties to noisy parties. If our Actionline staff cannot help directly they will provide you with a referral service.
