Consent Fee Calculator

The Online Fee Calculator has been removed from this website in preparation for the transition to the Auckland Council.

A new Fee Calculator will be provided at the Auckland Council website for the Auckland Council fees and charges from 1 November 2010. 
 
A current Schedule of North Shore City Fees and Charges, is available from the new Auckland Council and from this page (PDF 143 KB).
 
When determining the fees and charges for your project, please keep in mind:

• All fees are base fees and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. Base fees are a minimum charge and processing charges above this amount will be invoiced. The base fee will be deducted from the actual cost to determine if there are further payments due. Please refer to the Consents and Compliance section for more information about fees and charges.
• Where a deposit fee applies the total cost of processing your application will be finalised once assessment has been completed e.g. notified applications.
• You may be invoiced processing charges via an interim invoice prior to the consent being granted.
• Activity status as specified by the applicant, assessed under the Proposed North Shore City District Plan and relevant Operative District Plan is used to determine the correct fee category.
• Development Contributions may be payable for this application.
