Restricted Building Work

As from 1 March 2012 a Certificate of Design Work must be provided for all applications involving Restricted Building Work. Please submit this document as an attachment with your online application if your building project involves Restricted Building Work otherwise the application could be rejected. For further information please consult the DBH website at www.dbh.govt.nz

Full or partial re-clad and Financial Assistance Package

If your building consent application involves full or partial re-clad work, or involves a Financial Assistance Package, then please submit your application in hard copy format as it will have to be reviewed or processed by the Central Specialist Team.
