Glenfield Leisure Centre Terms and conditions
- Your Membership is Non-transferable and Non-refundable.
- Membership ID Cards are for MEMBER USE ONLY and must be used at all times. (Fraudulent use of your membership card will result in membership cancellation.)
- Please familiarise yourself with our Centre Rules.
- The Glenfield Leisure Centre reserves the right to amend prices or restrict access to any facility, equipmentor programme run by the Centre and listed as part of your membership entitlement. We also reserve the right to Cancel any Membership (should a breach of the Centre Rules occur).
- Memberships can be by Direct Debit from your nominated bank account. Direct Debits are run on the 15th of each month. There is no contracted period.
In order to comply with Audit requirements memberships may only be cancelled by email to GlenfieldLeisure@northshorecity.govt.nz or by mail direct to North Shore City Council.
Prepaid cancellation postcards can be collected in person. Cancellations will not be accepted at Glenfield Leisure Centre.
All cancellations will be confirmed in writing & will not become effective until this has occurred.
One months notice of cancellation is required & membership cards will remain active until the 15th of the month following receipt of the cancellation form.
Once your Membership has been cancelled, you will need to pay a joining fee to start a new membership. - Memberships may be held for medical reasons only. A doctor's certificate will be required. Requests for Membership holds should be addressed to the Manager, North Shore Leisure, Private Bag 93500, Takapuna. Requests must be for a minimum of one month.
- There is a $5 charge for lost / replacement membership cards.
- All membership details are held in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
