Pilates for beginners
The main focus of this class is to introduce fundamentals and basic techniques. This class will assist you in transition to our current mixed level Pilates class.
Fundamental principles including breath, technique, flow, movement, and core stability will be taught.
Pilates mix-level mat work
Pilates mat work is an effective form of exercise. The eight principles of the Pilates technique are concentration, breath, centering control, precision, following movement, isolation and routine. This is a class not to miss.
Duration: 60-minutes.
