Gravity class
The GRAVITY Training System™ utilises the pull of gravity, individuals use their own body weight as resistance with a cable and pulley system and a free- motion glideboard to become stronger, leaner and more flexible.
Four programmes have been developed: Group Strength, Pilates, Private and Semi-Private Training and Post Rehab.

GRAVITY GROUP STRENGTH™PLUS - Dynamic and slightly more challenging workout – a step up from group strength with all the “bells and whistles” – be prepared to call for mercy! (45mins)
GRAVITY GROUP STRENGTH™PLUS CoreDynamics
This combo class integrates traditional strength-training and Pilates – based exercise to zero in on the core muscles. The result is a total body workout. It’s an energetic mind / body experience to expand your program variety (45-minutes).
GRAVITY PILATES – The GRAVITY pilates philosophy is to provide a series of traditional Pilates and evolved Pilates exercises in a comfortable group setting while challenging each individual participant both physically and mentally , Incoprorates all traditional principles of Pilates – alignment,breath,and core control while providing variety of fun and effective programming.
