Our Boxing classes

 

Boxing

Our non-contact boxing circuit uses traditional bags and balls and punching drills proven to enhance your co-ordination and upper-body strength training.

A reasonable level of fitness is recommended, as this is a cardiovascular class.

Join our winning team of instructors who will help teach you how to 'hook, jab, rip, and cut' your way into shape. One punch and you'll be hooked. Gloves must be worn (supplied for first timers, along with inseert gloves). Water and a towel is a must!

A combination of martial arts with a Tae Kwan Do flavour.
