Our holiday programme creates a unique opportunity for children, from five to 13-year-olds, by providing fun educational activities in a safe environment.
A fun filled day that includes craft, games and sports.

TIMES:
9am – 3pm Full Day
9am – 12pm or
12pm – 3pm Half Day
Doors open at 8.30am .
No after-care or before-care provided.

NOTES:
- enrolment form must be filled in every holiday programme.
- Payment must accompany enrolment form.
- Pre-Bookings required due to limited spaces.
- Staff ratio is 1:10. 30 children maximum
- If your child is booked in for the programme and is unable to attend parents must contact the centre by 9.30am on the day they are booked.
- Cancellation of day will be credited and carried forward to the next Holiday Programme at the discretion of the Programme Supervisor. This will only apply if the centre has been contacted ahead of time.
- If you are not collecting your child/ren, please inform us of alternative plans i.e. walking home or being picked up by family
- Children walking home must have a letter of permission from parents/caregivers
- Children need to bring their morning, afternoon tea and lunch drink.
- Children may bring their bikes or scooters to ride on the tennis courts. Children will be responsible for their bikes and equipment.
- The centre will take all due care with children’s belongings but does not accept responsibility for property lost, misplaced or damaged. Please make sure all gear is named.
- Normal day includes: Arts n Craft, Games, Sports. Days may include a visit to Shepherds Park to use the fields and playground.
- Programme activities may change due to attendance numbers, weather and other factors. If any special activities are entered into the programme, we will inform families of these changes.
