LES MILLS CLASSES
BODYCOMBAT™
A non-contact, martial
arts based fitness programme with moves
drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu,
Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55
minute class is choreographed to 10
tracks of the latest music, providing an
exhilarating exercise experience that delivers
ultra-fast fitness results.

BODYATTACK™
A simple, high-intensity
group exercise-to-music class that’s fully optioned
to cater for all fitness levels. You’ll experience
high-energy sports training moves for
cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and
lower body conditioning exercises.

RPM™
An indoor cycling class based on
outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music
over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied
terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout
with a resistance dial and peddle speed.

BODYPUMP™
The fastest way to shape up
and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning
class with weights and is for just about
everybody who wants to add strength training into
their aerobic workout. The overall objective of the
class is to improve strength and endurance in
the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn
calories.

BODYVIVE™
The new group exercise
programme from LES MILLS. It is a low
impact, 55 minute class, integrating aerobic
exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for
strength and stability, stretching and mobility
work. Like the other LES MILLS programmes,
BODYVIVE incorporates multiple tracks of
inspiring music and is delivered by motivating
instructors. BODYVIVE is for everyone,
including the exercise beginner. A great fat
burner!

BODYSTEP™
A simple, athletic and fun
workout using an adjustable step platform to
step up and down to uplifting music. Some
of the benefits you can expect to achieve
in this class are toning for the lower body,
increased cardio fitness, coordination and
upper and lower body conditioning for
functional strength.

BODYBALANCE™
A Yoga, Tai Chi,
Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength
and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Controlled breathing, concentration and a
carefully structured series of stretches, moves
and poses to music create a holistic workout
that brings the body into a state of harmony and
balance.
Duration: 55-minutes

BODYJAM™
A cardio workout where you
are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An
addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and
hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much
on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky
instructors teach you to move with attitude
through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend,
get front and center and get high on the feeling
of dance.
