PILATES
MIXED LEVEL MAT WORK
Pilates is an effective form of exercise incorporating
the eight principles of the Pilates technique;
Concentration, Breath, Centering, Control, and
Precision following Movement, Isolation and
Routine.
Duration: 60-minutes

YOGA
A flexible fitness programme that is adaptable to
any body type or lifestyle. You will find the benefits
speak for themselves after toning and shaping
without impact. A must in all training schedules.

BOXING
Our non-contact boxing circuit includes the use of traditional bags, balls and punching drills to enhance co-ordination and upper body strength. This class may include kicking moves. Join our winning team of instructors to learn how to 'hook, jab, rip, and cut' your way into shape. One punch and you'll be hooked. Gloves must be worn and are available at reception for hire.

MARTIAL FITNESS
Learn the basics of the art of Kickboxing and then put your sklils into practice during a high energy circuit class, which is suitable for everyone. Gloves must be worn and are available at reception for hire. Water and a towel a must!

BUMS AND TUMS
Squeeze, pulse and tighten those problem areas
into shape. This is a non-impact class of continuous,
isolating movements, which aims to spot-tone
and strengthen the abdominals, glutes and thighs.
Equipment may be used such as steps, weights and bands.

SENIOR MOVEMENT
A low impact gentle
mobility class that works the whole body. This class
is suited to the active senior who would like to stay active,
recovering from injury or just want to have fun!
