BOOT CAMP
ARE YOU READY TO BE PUSHED, PUMPED, CHARGED AND CHALLENGED?
This six-week program includes variety of exciting North Shore Leisure activities to really get you moving. With three days squad training, strength and conditioning programme, and diet challenges each week, NSL Bootcamp has everything you need to make your body change...fast!
So if you need the drive for motivation, want a new challenge in your training, or you want to get your body in shape for summer – our NSL Bootcamp trainers won’t let you give anything less than 100 percent towards achieving your goals.
When and where:
- Three group training sessions per week, plus two solo gym sessions.
- Saturday sessions: 8am weigh-in at NSL Glenfield, followed by field training.
- Monday / Wednesday sessions: 6am training at NSL Glenfield, including a variety of training styles, from outdoor sessions such as beach training and assault courses, to indoor sessions such as waterpolo and boxing.
- Two solo gym sessions per week: attending any NSL gym in your own time to complete your customised strength and conditioning program.
- Weekly diet challenges: monitoring and improving your diet throughout the Bootcamp programme.
Who is NSL Bootcamp it for?
Anyone who thinks their fitness would benefit from the new stimulus and motivation of a group environment, with dedicated trainers on hand to support and challenge you. Bootcamp is open to members and non-members of NSL.
What can you expect?
Challenging work outs using a variety of training styles, with the camaraderie of likeminded people to help keep you motivated and spurred on to reach your full potential.
When do you need to sign up by?
At least 10 days in advance of the program start date.
When you sign up you will be given a starter pack with a training log explaining procedures in more detail.
The first Saturday of Bootcamp will be induction day, where recruits will be screened, fitness tested and a thorough breakdown of the programme will be presented.

Members - $450
Nonmembers - $550
