North Shore Leisure - Birkenhead is home to North Shore Leisure's premier rock wall. Climbing equipment can be hired and free instruction is provided for beginners.

A new climbing wall is now in use and has doubled our climbs, giving customers 26 lines to play on. This new wall has angles based on realistic outside crags and is perfect for transitioning into outdoor climbing. This wall can cater for all levels of ability. During climbing competitions the centre will be closed to the public from 9am to 3pm. Competition dates - Sunday 17 April, 3 July, 2 October and 18 December.

ITT- Integrated Team Training NSL's exciting new advanced fitness facility making full functioning training, sports conditioning and the latest training tools available to users of all levels and ability.

The facility also offers outdoor adventure activities (kayaking, mountain biking, snorkelling, team building), Education Outside the Classroom programmes, and holiday programmes.

The facility is situated next to Osborne Pool, a 33-metre outdoor heated pool and a popular skateboard park.
